With over 20 year’s experience of working in the mental health, well being and recovery field as a qualified practitioner, manager and trainer, Rachel Hollinshead-Walker is a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist graduating from St Mary’s University, London with a 2.1 BSc in Clinical Hypnotherapy.
In her time working as a hypnotherapist, she has hands on experience of a range of issues including weight loss, addictions, smoking cessation, phobias, stress management, relaxation, anxiety disorders, confidence and self esteem.
As an experienced CBT Therapist Rachel has worked with PTSD, Phobias, OCD, Depression, Stress, Health Anxiety, Social Anxiety and Shyness, Generalised Anxiety, Self Esteem, Confidence building, addictive behaviours such as alcohol and substance misuse to name but a few. Rachel has also co-facilitated workshops such as anxiety and stress management.
